About this Role

We are seeking a skilled Telecom BSS/OSS Test Analyst with proven experience across the full Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) within telecommunications environments. This role is well suited to individuals with expertise in BSS and OSS platforms, including CRM, Billing, Ordering, Mediation and Self-Care systems, as well as system integration and regression testing. The successful candidate will contribute to the quality assurance of complex telecom solutions through effective testing, troubleshooting and defect management practices.

What you’ll do

Execute end-to-end testing activities across the full Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
Perform System Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and Regression Testing for telecom applications.
Validate functionality across Telco BSS and OSS environments, including Billing, CRM, Ordering, Online and Mediation systems.
Conduct testing of Siebel CRM, Ordering, Sales and Self-Care applications within a telecommunications environment.
Test and validate integrations involving Oracle BRM, OSM and ESB/OSB platforms.
Verify web services and APIs using XML, SOAP, REST, WSDL and XSD technologies.
Perform SQL queries and Unix-based validation activities to support testing and troubleshooting.
Investigate issues through first-level troubleshooting and debugging techniques.
Log, track and manage defects and incidents using tools such as ALM and JIRA.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality solution delivery.

Who you are

Experience working across the full STLC in Telecom BSS and OSS environments.
Strong understanding of Billing, CRM, Ordering, Online and Mediation systems.
Hands-on experience with Siebel CRM, Oracle BRM, OSM and ESB/OSB platforms.
Experience performing System, System Integration and Regression Testing.
Knowledge of web service technologies, including XML, SOAP, REST, WSDL and XSD.
Strong working knowledge of Unix and SQL.
Ability to perform first-level troubleshooting and debugging activities.
Experience using Test and Incident Management tools such as ALM and JIRA.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic telecommunications environment.
