About this role

We are seeking a Senior SEO Specialist to lead strategic SEO initiatives across a complex, international digital ecosystem. This role focuses on driving organic growth at scale through advanced technical SEO, AI‑enabled optimisation, and strong cross‑functional collaboration. The individual will own high‑impact SEO programmes, influence stakeholders with data‑driven insights, and contribute to long‑term digital performance across multiple markets.

What you’ll do

  • Define and lead the SEO roadmap across markets, channels, and teams in alignment with business priorities
  • Conduct advanced technical and content audits, translating insights into long‑term, scalable SEO strategies
  • Leverage AI‑powered tools to enhance analysis, reporting, forecasting, and content optimisation
  • Monitor algorithm updates and lead agile response initiatives to protect and grow organic performance
  • Collaborate closely with product, development, and UX teams to improve site architecture, performance, and user experience
  • Champion SEO best practices across all digital formats, including web, video, image, and app SEO
  • Develop measurement frameworks, KPIs, and forecasting models using tools such as GA4, BigQuery, and Looker
  • Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to knowledge‑sharing across teams
  • Communicate insights clearly through storytelling and data‑led recommendations to influence senior stakeholders

Who you are

  • An experienced SEO professional with extensive exposure to complex, large‑scale digital environments
  • Strong in technical SEO, including JavaScript SEO and Core Web Vitals
  • Comfortable designing cross‑channel SEO strategies that align with wider marketing objectives
  • Experienced in using AI and automation to improve efficiency and scale insights
  • Confident working with data visualisation tools, with basic scripting knowledge (Python and/or SQL) considered an advantage
  • A clear communicator with strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
  • Experienced in international, multi‑language, ecommerce, B2B, or telco‑related SEO environments (advantageous)
