Role Purpose
The incumbent will oversee the Technology Planning, Budgeting, Delivery, and Maintenance of the Enterprise Services provided to Vodacom Lesotho Enterprise Business Customers. This includes the coordination across departments of solution delivery, customer order fulfillment, resolution of queries, and the support and maintenance of relevant platforms.

Key Accountabilities
Ensure that Customer issues are fixed within Service Level Agreements.
Oversee the preparation of all required Customer-Facing reports and deliver presentation of the same, where required.
Effectively communicate strategy to their organization and ensure buy-in and understanding of the same.
Effectively manage allocated budget.
Oversee the preparation of all required Customer-Facing reports and deliver presentation of the same, where required.
Act as an escalation point for client service queries and issues, and take ownership for their technical resolution, across all technology domains.
Continuously improve technology services and processes within the Enterprise Technology Space.

Competencies
Strong Leadership skills and Management Experience;
Strong demonstrable competence in Project Management and Service Delivery
Acute Stakeholder and Vendor management capabilities;
Business acumen. Experience in a customer-facing technology delivery role will be an added advantage
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Qualifications and Experience
Degree or equivalent in Telecommunications Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Computer Science or any relevant Tertiary qualification
Post-Graduate Qualification will be an added advantage;
Minimum of 10 years work experience with at least 5 being at a management level;
Valid and unendorsed driver’s license.
