About this Role

We are seeking a Cyber Security Data & Reporting Analyst to support the Cyber Health Adaptive Risk Method (CHARM) by enhancing and maintaining high‑quality cyber security data across QlikSense and Google Cloud platforms. The individual will work closely with global data owners, markets and entities to ensure data integrity, onboard new cyber data feeds, build reporting dashboards, and support senior management reporting. This role plays a critical part in enabling risk‑based decision‑making through accurate analytics, trend insights, and metric-driven recommendations.

What you will do

Engage with data owners and global markets to ensure accuracy, integrity, and timely maintenance of cyber security data feeds.Onboard new data feeds aligned to defined architectural and process design using GCP and Qlik.Support reporting and tracking of delivery against the Global Cyber Security strategy and KPIs.Develop, automate, and maintain real‑time analytics for Cyber Security Key Risk Indicators.Ensure accuracy of senior management reporting, compile monthly dashboards, and collaborate with global and market SPOCs for programme and KRI reporting.

Who you are

You bring strong technical understanding of cyber security KPIs and KRIs, with the ability to perform trend analysis and support data‑driven decision making.You have experience designing and implementing reporting metrics in complex, global environments.You are proactive, organised and able to work autonomously under strict timelines.You can translate data insights into clear, meaningful narratives and recommendations.You exercise sound judgement, with a focus on continuous improvement and building automated, scalable processes.You possess strong communication skills and can simplify complex information for diverse stakeholders.You have experience using PowerBI, SAP, Qlik and QlikSense, and bring business acumen from either Telecommunications, Technology or Security industries.You hold a degree and have background experience in KPI, reporting or business analyst roles.
