About this Role
We are seeking a highly skilled individual to manage complex, multi-market projects and programmes with distributed teams. This role involves coordinating delivery across agile squads, ensuring alignment with milestones and market readiness. You will analyse KPIs, conduct qualitative reviews, and drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities include managing project pipelines, overseeing governance, preparing executive reports, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration for global initiatives such as digital transformation and large-scale improvement programmes.
What you’ll do
Coordinate delivery across agile squads, ensuring alignment with project milestones and readiness.Manage dependencies across workstreams, proactively resolving risks and removing obstacles.Oversee backlog management, sprint planning, and milestone tracking for timely delivery.Act as the primary escalation point for delivery issues, ensuring prompt resolutions.Maintain comprehensive status reports, escalation logs, decision records, and lessons learned.Lead workshops, prepare strategic planning documents, and implement process optimisation strategies.
Who you are
Proven experience managing complex, multi-market projects with distributed teams.Strong skills in agile delivery, backlog management, sprint planning, and milestone tracking.Ability to act as an escalation point and drive effective resolutions.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience leading large teams and managing cross-functional collaboration.Hands-on experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies for enterprise projects.Consultancy or process improvement experience is highly desirable.
