About this role

We are seeking an individual with strong lease accounting expertise to support accurate and timely financial processing within the IFRS 16 framework. The role focuses on end‑to‑end contract management in SAP RE‑FX, month‑end activities, balance sheet reconciliations, and compliance reporting. The individual will collaborate with key stakeholders, apply established accounting procedures, and ensure process controls are consistently maintained

What you’ll do

Manage real estate accounting activities in full compliance with IFRS 16.Oversee and deliver end‑to‑end lease contract setup, modifications, validation, and administrative processes.Ensure accurate, timely creation and modification of S16 contracts.Execute monthly valuation postings for all eligible leases with full accuracy and adherence to timelines.Carry out internal and external reporting tasks and ensure compliance with accounting standards and audit requirements.Perform analytical, troubleshooting, coordinating, and balance sheet reconciliation activities.Communicate clearly to interpret new accounting procedures and assess their impact.Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Who you are

Strong understanding of IFRS 16 and lease accounting principles.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Power Platform tools.Skilled in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional communication.Effective analytical and problem‑solving skills with strong attention to detail.Able to manage time efficiently and work to defined deadlines.Desirable experience in SAP RE‑FX and wider SAP modules.Skilled in data analysis and exploration.Must have:

  • German language proficiency at B2.1
  • SAP hands‑on experience
  • Experience in financial analysis
