Job Responsibilities

Execute test plans, test cases, and scripts to validate product functionality against requirements.

· Identify, document, and track software defects using appropriate tools.

· Collaborate with developers to understand software requirements and provide feedback on potential issues.

· Perform regression testing to verify defect fixes and updates.

· Assist in the creation and maintenance of QA documentation, including test plans and reports.

· Participate in team meetings to provide updates on testing progress and issues.

· Support efforts to improve the QA process and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Must have skills:

  • Familiarity with telecom domain and Billing systems.
  • Strong hands-on of SQL and Unix
  • Basic scripting knowledge
  • Good communication skills

Good to have skills:

  • Basic knowledge of automated testing tools and frameworks.
