About this Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-focused individual to act as the first point of contact for employees seeking HR support across policy, process, and administrative queries. The individual will deliver timely, high-quality HR guidance through email, online chat, and ticketing platforms, ensuring consistent adherence to service-level agreements while enhancing employee experience.
What you will do
Provide accurate, timely, and high-quality resolution of employee HR queries through email, web chat, and the AskHR online system.Monitor and adhere to agreed service-level timelines, ensuring excellent operational delivery.Ensure data integrity and compliance by completing all processing activities precisely and within audit standards.Follow up proactively with relevant teams and stakeholders to resolve outstanding requests.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR policies and processes while collaborating closely with HR Centres of Expertise.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to increase efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Who you are
A graduate with 1–5 years of experience in HR operations, employee services, shared services, or related domains.An individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.Someone who can exercise sound judgement when handling end-to-end HR processes within predefined service levels.Detail-oriented, analytical, and committed to delivering accurate and timely work.Comfortable working in a structured, KPI-driven environment.
