Role Purpose

The Security Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of security projects and solutions for clients.

This role ensures that security initiatives are executed efficiently, align with the organizational goals, and meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

The individual in this role acts as a strategic leader, bridging the gap between technical teams, business units, and senior leadership, while driving innovation and continuous improvement in security service delivery.

Job Profile

  • Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures aligned with industry best practices, compliance requirements, and regulations.
  • Ensure security service delivery meets agreed SLAs, KPIs, and business objectives while identifying and mitigating risks across the delivery lifecycle.
  • Lead and manage security delivery teams by fostering a high-performance culture, conducting performance reviews, and providing coaching.
  • Track, report, and continuously improve service performance to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee issue resolution, manage budgets and resources effectively, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, value-adding solutions and oversee internal and external security audits.

Competencies & Qualifications

Core Competencies:

  • 12+ years of service delivery experience with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities; fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Extensive experience managing large-scale security programs and projects across diverse, fast-paced environments, including multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in threat management, incident response, IAM, and cloud security.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of ICT systems integration methodologies, IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL v4), and related tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy).
  • In-depth knowledge of security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST CSF, PCI-DSS) and security technologies such as SIEM, firewalls, and endpoint protection.
  • Ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders, with experience in quality assurance, change management, and managing project budgets within constraints.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, or ITIL are highly desirable.
