About this Role

We are seeking a Scrum Master to enable high‑performing Agile delivery within cloud‑based Data & Analytics teams. This role focuses on embedding Scrum principles, facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement to ensure predictable, high‑quality outcomes aligned with Vodafone Agile standards and values.

What you’ll do

  • Act as a servant leader and coach for one or more Scrum teams
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement
  • Partner with Product Owners to maintain a healthy, prioritised and well‑groomed backlog
  • Remove impediments and proactively manage dependencies and risks across squads and platforms
  • Coach teams on Agile mindset, Scrum practices and continuous improvement
  • Use Agile metrics and insights (velocity, predictability, flow) to improve delivery effectiveness
  • Enable strong collaboration across engineering, platform, DevOps and data teams
  • Support teams working on AWS and GCP cloud platforms within Data & Analytics ecosystems
  • Promote Vodafone values, Agile principles, transparency and accountability

Who you are

  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum and SAFe principles
  • Hands‑on experience as a Scrum Master supporting Agile delivery teams
  • Experience working with technical teams, preferably in cloud or data platform environments
  • Proven facilitation, coaching and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable managing ambiguity and supporting team maturity in BAU environments
  • Working knowledge of Agile metrics and delivery frameworks
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM or SAFe Scrum Master)
