What you’ll do
Facilitate and guide Agile delivery teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and effective ceremoniesIdentify, manage, and actively remove risks, dependencies, and impediments to deliveryCoordinate cross‑functional initiatives, working closely with technology teams and functional partnersSupport planning, analysis, budgeting, documentation, design, development, and implementation of IT projectsControl project changes, implementation timelines, task execution, resource allocation, and project acceptance activities, including testingEnsure clear communication and efficient decision‑making across all stakeholdersMonitor project progress, timelines, scope, and resources, and report status to managementDrive continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and Agile best practices across teamsActively escalate when needed to ensure timely resolution and successful delivery of outcomes
Who you are
Bachelor’s degree (university diploma)Proven experience in project delivery using Agile methodologiesStrong background in project management, planning, and delivery governance
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including working with distributed teamsAbility to prioritize effectively, manage multiple initiatives, and stay outcome‑focusedStrong problem‑solving mindset, with confidence in decision‑making and escalationFluent in English, both written and spokenAgile certification and/or international project experience is a plus
