They develop and challenge Store Managers, reinforcing a strong, customer‑centric sales culture. They act as a catalyst for commercial transformation, enhancing cross‑channel synergies and accelerating new business opportunities

What you’ll do

  • Commercial Strategy and main KPIs management: full ownership of the main KPIs and rentability for stores across Regions;
  • Operational excellence: simplify in-store processes and set clear priorities to maximize sales productivity; ensuring consistency across the entire footprint;
  • Performance leadership: accountable for the performance of store managers; you will define KPIs, challenge underperformance, customer-centric sales culture;
  • Translate high level business goals into disciplined, daily operational actions at store level;
  • Lead regular sales/commercial reviews;
  • Motivates commercial teams to win every day, combining passion for customers with a relentless focus on results;
  • Design and present sales initiatives recommendations;
  • Support commercial push initiatives through communication, alignment, and sales channels engagement;
  • Create tailored initiatives to support sales commercial activity, including presentations and operational guide;
  • Run pilots, measure impact, and scale successful solutions;
  • Expected to take a 360º view of all commercial channels, identifying opportunities, cross channel synergies and efficiency improvements that drive stronger business performance.

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related sales/commercial field;
  • Strategic leadership: ability to lead and develop high-potential teams;
  • Capacity to build strong connections with commercial channels through clear communication, genuine enthusiasm, and empathetic leadership;
  • Experience in sales within telecom or a similar industry, ideally in telecoms/main retailers;
  • Strong commercial and business acumen;
  • Execution focus: high sense of urgency and accountability;
  • Background in telecommunications/industry knowledge (optional);
  • Proven track record in sales and/or channels sale management; commercial reporting tools to drive data-led decision making;
  • Available for mobility and regular travel, ensuring close engagement with commercial channels and main stakeholders;
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese.
