What you’ll do

Provide and implement Digital projects in Retail stores to Support the brand strategy and improve customer experience.

• Contributing to retail strategy with an omnichannel perspective to enhance customer experience
• Lead on projects and action plans of ‘’happy customer’’ and “ excellent customer journey” at retail channel in order to understand main pain points.
• Managing stakeholder reltions across retail channels, regions and external partners
• Manage Retail OPEX budget
• Develop and deploy incentive and loyalty programs to increase customer satisfaction
• Digitalize processes of retail channels and implement omnichannel strategy for all new products and services
• Create project timelines and budgets while monitoring progress and expenses
• Conduct regular field visits to understand the needs of the stores
• Visit similar and different industries to stay up to date with retail trends

Who you are

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a smiliar field
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Business, Master Degree is a plus
• Presentable and strong analytical thinking skills
• Strong written, verbal communication skills& interpersonal skills both in Turkish and English
• Multi-task management
• Problem-solving & decision making, Results-driven and delivery-focused
