The Release Manager is responsible for ensuring structured, predictable, and high-quality software releases across multiple systems and teams. The role focuses on release governance, environment coordination, and delivery alignment, while promoting the adoption of modern DevOps and CI/CD practices across the organization. • Govern environment usage (Dev, Test, UAT, Prod) and ensure consistency and stability
  • Coordinate environment synchronization and reduce environment-related release issues
  • Drive CI/CD and DevOps best practices with engineering and DevOps teams
  • Ensure release quality and readiness (test results, rollback plans, deployment procedures)
  • Monitor release performance, incidents, and improve key delivery metrics through post-release reviews
  • Act as central coordination point across Engineering, QA, DevOps, Product, and Operations, building strong stakeholder alignment

Who you are

  • Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant background
  • 5+ years of experience in Release Management, DevOps, or Software Delivery
  • Strong understanding of release management processes, governance, and lifecycle
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Experience coordinating complex, cross-team and multi-application releases
  • Solid understanding of environments (Dev, Test, UAT, Production) and deployment flows
  • Strong knowledge of risk, issue, and change management practices
  • Experience with monitoring, reporting, and release performance metrics
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
