Project Support Analyst (Junior, Bucharest/Iasi)

Job Description

Your day to day:

Responsible in ensuring support towards the Service Enablement area from Service Management, by contributing to the establishment and implementation of a governance model for the efficient and effective delivery of projects and programs. The role will involve working on project planning, status reporting, resource planning, risk, issue and dependency management and providing general project management support.

Determined contract: 12 Months

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:

  • Supporting the development of Service Enablement department in different areas of activity
  • Providing support for demand management, resourcing, and capacity planning
  • Collaborating and analysing project status reporting
  • Responsible for defining/ updating information as needed, including standards, processes and governance structure
  • Validates the quality of the information, reviews the generated reports and updates, where appropriate, such as the validity of the data sequence, syntactic and semantic errors, etc
  • Generating and distributing reports

With these skills you are a great candidate:

  • Ability to work with stakeholders across all areas of the organisation.
  • Ability to work closely and collaboratively with internal stakeholders to deliver the highest possible team performance and target programme outcomes
  • High level experience with planning & delivering projects either in a PM or PMO role or any other administrative role
  • High knowledge or core project management principles.
  • MS Office Suite
  • Nice to have:ITIL Foundation, PRINCE, SAFe methodology
