About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager – Scrum to lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact projects using Agile methodologies. This role involves end-to-end project management, facilitation of Scrum ceremonies, and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. The individual will also play a key role in scaling Agile practices across the organisation and driving continuous improvement.

What you'll do

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
  • Manage execution to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues proactively
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless execution
  • Track performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Communicate status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership
  • Ensure adherence to project management standards and best practices
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and implement lessons learned
  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
  • Guide teams on Agile/Scrum principles and remove impediments
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a prioritised backlog
  • Track and communicate team velocity and Agile metrics
  • Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile mindset
  • Promote transparency, inspection, and adaptation
  • Support scaling Agile practices across teams and departments
  • Gather, document, and analyse business requirements
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
  • Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and root cause analysis
  • Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and project managers
  • Support testing efforts and validate outcomes
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions
  • Assist in change management and user training activities

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies
  • Proficient in tools such as MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello
  • Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM I, or equivalent
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
