About this Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP ERP Project Delivery Lead to manage and deliver complex application development engagements across the SAP landscape. Based at our EON office in Pune, this role focuses on ensuring end‑to‑end project delivery within agreed timelines, scope and budget, while maintaining quality, compliance and stakeholder confidence. The individual will work closely with business communities, technical experts and senior leadership, using structured project management practices and tools to drive predictable and transparent outcomes.

What you will do

  • Lead ERP Application Development project teams to deliver SAP projects across multiple modules.
  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into structured project plans and delivery milestones.
  • Coordinate with local subject matter experts and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage project scope, risks, dependencies, quality standards and change control effectively.
  • Set delivery timelines, assign responsibilities, track progress and address issues proactively.
  • Use project management tools such as MS Project and JIRA to monitor execution and report progress.
  • Prepare clear, data‑driven status reports, insights and learnings for senior management.
  • Support end users and business stakeholders by clarifying processes and delivery expectations.

Who you are

  • An experienced project management professional with 10–15 years in a lead role within SAP ERP environments.
  • Highly skilled in stakeholder relationship management across diverse and multi‑functional teams.
  • Strong in project management fundamentals, including planning, execution, monitoring and governance.
  • Experienced in leading and developing teams in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
  • Confident communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Project, JIRA and related project management tools.
  • Familiar with newly introduced services within SAP environments.
  • Holding, or working towards, recognised certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile Practitioner (preferred).
