What you’ll do
Lead, support, and develop the team in delivering complex, cross‑functional Programs and Projects that contribute significantly to the company’s strategic objectives. The role ensures effective governance, consistent delivery excellence, and strong coordination with internal and external stakeholders, while maintaining high standards in scope management, cost control, risk mitigation, timelines, and service quality.
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead, develop, and coach the team, ensuring high performance, clarity of responsibilities, and continuous skills growth.
- Drive successful delivery of all customer projects, ensuring on‑time execution, quality outputs, and achievement of contractual obligations.
- Monitor and manage the team’s KPIs (On‑Time Delivery, Revenue contribution, NPS), ensuring performance improvement actions where needed.
- Coordinate workload planning, resource allocation, and prioritization to ensure customer needs and business objectives are consistently met.
Establish strong stakeholder alignment (internal & external), proactively resolving delivery issues and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Who you are
Core competencies & qualifications:
- Proven people‑leadership capabilities with the ability to guide, motivate, and develop a team effectively (prior experience in team leadership is considered a strong plus).
- Strong expertise in project delivery governance, risk management, customer engagement, and cross‑functional coordination.
- Excellent stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Analytical mindset with ability to monitor KPIs, evaluate performance, and drive operational improvements in project execution.
Solid understanding of the technical/service environment enabling effective support to the team and strong handling of customer delivery challenges
