We work with customers across 28 countries from 10 VOIS locations: Albania, Egypt, Hungary, India, Romania, Spain, Turkey, UK, Germany, Ireland, and with a network of teams in Czech Republic, Italy, Greece, and Portugal.
About this Role
We are seeking a Programme Management Specialist to lead and coordinate complex, interconnected projects within the Technology VOIS Romania Lean-Agile Solutions Department. The individual will balance traditional programme management practices with agile methodologies to ensure predictability and adaptive delivery across international, matrixed teams. This role involves planning, organising, monitoring, and continuously improving programme activities while enabling strong collaboration between global Group Technology and OpCo stakeholders.
What you will do
- Plan, organise and lead all required activities to fulfil programme objectives.
- Create detailed work plans that sequence and structure activities to enable successful completion.
- Develop schedules, identify dependencies and allocate resources effectively across interconnected projects.
- Monitor programme and project progress, implementing adjustments to maintain successful delivery.
- Ensure adherence to programme and project management governance processes, demonstrating best practices.
- Provide clear reporting, manage risks and issues, and escalate matters in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Drive continuous service improvement initiatives.
- Engage and manage internal matrix teams and external third-party partners.
Who you are
- An individual with a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget and to defined scope.
- Experienced in managing multiple, complex projects across the full lifecycle of product development.
- Skilled in programme and project management within international matrix environments.
- A clear communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills capable of engaging senior stakeholders.
- Experienced in service and project management within a complex global business environment, with the ability to work effectively across distributed international teams.
- Qualified with certifications such as Prince2, PMP, Agile or SAFe.Degree-educated.
