Who you are
• 10+ or more years of hands-on experience in project delivery & execution
• Knowledge in Agile software development and delivery, preferably has experience on Portfolio Manager, Product Owner or Scrum Master
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to provide alternative solutions to technical problems through data driven decisioning
• Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills with a solid business acumen and business & technology partnering
• Problem solving abilities and creative thinking, combined with the desire to stay ahead of best practices and emerging trends

DXL Capability is serving the Digital Business, introduces enabler features and builds a bridge in between core IT capabilities and digital channels. Acquisition Capability is for delivering new technologies and processes that enables mobile & fixed acquisition journeys. Both capability teams deliver microservice-based architecture leveraging open source technologies as well as aiming continuous integration and deployment.
Capability Product Owner is responsible for leading capability roadmap execution and delivery of hardware/software releases with open source based, containerized software development life cycle process. Product Owner responsibilities include gathering & analysing feature requests, scheduling releases and coordinating sprints. To be successful in this role, PO should be able to identify user needs and work with cross-functional teams to manage product releases. Capability development shall also be aligned with group guidelines and disciplines.
Product Owner is also responsible for managing VOIS resources, involve in vendor management and contribute in budget management.
Responsibilities:
• Cooperate and negotiate with Digital Agile teams in order to create product backlog
• Leads the translation of software features into technical requirements (Features) and follow Agile Scrum based Software development
• Define software release plan and scope with platform leads
• Ensures that all relevant stakeholders are involved during the definition of the solution and supports teams with development, quality assurance and operations activities during the roll out phase
• Defines technical stories to enable business capabilities, fostering re-use of existing components, and accepts technical features following demos
• Plans the release of technical stories
• Facilitates solution compliance to security, privacy, and regulatory needs
• Champions DevSecOps culture and practices such as Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery
