Job Description
Your day to day:
As a Product Owner at VOIS, you will be responsible for the tariff management product roadmap, prioritizing the product backlog, and shaping the target architecture. You'll oversee product and tariff implementation & configuration, acting as the central contact person for all team deliverables. Regularly engaging with stakeholders, managing the delivery of external and internal partners, and leading the configuration of internal systems will be part of your daily activities. You'll also manage relationships with various external brands.
With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:
- Stakeholder-Centered Roadmap: Create and maintain a product roadmap focused on stakeholder needs.
- Product Backlog Management: Prioritize the product backlog, balancing technical and commercial requirements.
- Target Architecture: Shape the target architecture and manage the development of cross-departmental solutions.
- Product & Tariff Implementation: Drive the team to implement and develop new features in line with the product roadmap.
- Central Contact Person: Be the go-to advisor on tariffs, product functions, product catalog, and interfaces.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Regularly engage with stakeholders in product management, marketing, digital, network, and IT.
- Delivery Management: Manage the delivery of external and internal partners to implement your topics successfully.
- System Configuration: Enable and lead the product team to configure and organize various CRM & ERP systems.
- Hands-On Approach: Ensure your agile team can work effectively without waiting for instructions.
- Standardization: Work with other Product Owners to standardize and constantly improve the ways of working.
With these skills you are a great candidate:
- Previous Product Owner experience for CRM, ERP, marketing, or e-commerce systems.
- Experience in enabling and empowering agile teams to deliver their committed work.
- Advanced experience in both agile & waterfall working modes.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle, familiarity with structured and agile process development methods and tools.
- Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Eagerness to learn new things and constantly improve performance.
- Organized, structured, transparent, and focused on priorities.
- Fluent in English
