Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri

What you’ll do

The purpose of the Product Manager for Insurance is to help us manage and grow the insurance business in VF-UK Business. You will be driving our insurance partners to deliver for Vodafone as well as being the champion for our insurance portfolio. Key accountabilities

  • Lead in-life management on existing insurance products, working closely with main stakeholders such as Compliance and 3rd parties such as our insurance manufacturer
  • Drive the requirements definition and UI/UX design process to develop, launch and improve Insurance products
  • Ongoing governance and control, ensuring adherence to FCA guidelines
  • Lead audit and compliance reviews such as annual fair value assessments
  • Bring innovative, differentiating insurance product ideas to the portfolio
  • Support the proposition development process
  • Steer and challenge the delivery team, Technology teams, User Experience teams to deliver the defined services according to regulations

Stakeholder Management:

  • Engage with all senior stakeholders as a champion of the product
  • Relationship with our current insurance partners

Who you are

  • Experienced in financial services/working on product lifecycle in a regulated environment and a deep understanding of customer needs
  • Comfortable with current FCA/ICOBS rules and ability to keep up to date with new regulatory changes
  • High customer focus and ability to communicate effectively, inspire and influence across a cross section of stakeholders
  • Background in product management/product development for business services in the mobile or software industry with a track record of delivering products
  • Experience in a complex, multi-national environment
