About this role
We are seeking a Portfolio Performance Analyst who will consolidate and interpret data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights that enhance product performance. The individual will work closely with commercial and sales teams to deliver accurate analytics, identify trends, and contribute to forecasting across key performance areas. This role is central to enabling business growth by transforming raw data into valuable information that improves portfolio decision‑making.
What you’ll do
Capture business requirements and define analytical scopes, schedules, dashboards, and toolsets used for commercial performance.Deliver high‑quality, accurate, and timely analysis that supports product and portfolio performance reviews.Enhance analytics frameworks in line with evolving business needs and digital capabilities.Support sales teams with ad‑hoc analytical requests covering team, product, and portfolio insights.Source, validate, and transform complex data sets into meaningful business intelligence that drives performance acceleration.
Who you are
Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and data interpretation.Strong commercial or financial acumen, with familiarity in revenue and sales reporting terms.Effective communicator with excellent presentation capabilities.Experienced in analytical roles (minimum 3 years), with proven ability to build Power BI dashboards.Proficient in SQL scripting (preferably GCP‑based).Fluent in English (IELTS 7).Adept at managing multiple activities within tight timeframes.Possess strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.Understanding of customer information, data management systems, and related processes.Telecom experience is a plus.
