About this Role

We are seeking a Global Portfolio Marketing Specialist for SaaS to drive product success through strategic positioning, messaging, market adoption, and content localisation across multiple international markets. Based in Cairo, Egypt, this role sits within the CVM & Marketing function and partners closely with Global, Regional, and Local Market stakeholders to ensure product messaging is relevant, consistent, and differentiated. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting market expansion and rationalisation initiatives, driving adoption of portfolio marketing assets, and enabling sales and marketing teams to engage customers effectively.

What you’ll do

Lead Market Expansion roadmap initiatives across Cluster Markets.Lead Rationalisation roadmap activities across all Markets.Partner with Local Markets to localise buyer-facing content and messaging to reflect regional requirements and customer needs.Drive adoption and utilisation of marketing content, toolkits, and collateral across Local Markets.Collaborate with Portfolio Product Management, Go-to-Market, Sales, Strategic Partnerships, Analyst Relations, Group teams, and Operating Companies.Attend go-to-market meetings, providing updates, insights, and recommendations.Support the development of interactive product demonstration content using Navattic under guidance.Maintain accurate project updates and progress tracking within Asana, ensuring regular status reporting.Contribute to the creation of benefit-led messaging aligned to product value propositions and customer outcomes.Build strong stakeholder networks and influence cross-functional collaboration across international teams.

Who you are

5+ years of experience in leading marketing initiatives within complex, highly matrixed international organisations.Strong knowledge of Product Marketing within the Business-to-Business (B2B) environment.Experienced in working with diverse Local Markets and adapting content for different audiences and regions.Strong stakeholder management capabilities with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple organisational levels.Commercially aware with strong product and technical understanding relevant to SaaS solutions.Skilled in creating and adapting benefit-led messaging aligned with customer value propositions.Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality delivery standards.Responsive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.Curious, proactive, and motivated to learn about markets, technologies, products, and customer needs.Fluent in written and spoken English.German language proficiency is advantageous.Marketing degree or professional marketing qualification is desirable.
