Job Description

Your day to day:

Responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing digital platforms to support operations and improve user experience, contributes to enhancing platform functionalities, integrating third-party applications, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating with various departments to meet business requirements, transforms the organization's business needs into a technical solution that will create a product or service, a strategic advantage, and financial efficiency

  • Design and oversee the architectural framework for scalable, robust and innovative software solutions: working closely with the IT Solution Architects to define & review the high level and low level designs; guide the various platform teams involved in delivery, in implementing best practices, ensuring alignment with business objectives, technical requirements and security policies; collaborate with Service Design team for process changes
  • Support the E2E testing activities.
  • Coordinate high level incident corrective actions and observe the system’s capacity proactively
  • Coordinate the security/privacy/legal/group assessments for major deliveries that either introduce significant changes in the APIs, infrastructure, processes or sensitive data processing.
  • Research and develop automations and apps using the Microsoft Power Platform(and other Microsoft tools) to simplify business processes, reduce operational work and increase transparency for management.

With these skills you are a great candidate:

  • Good project coordination skills
  • Experience in integrated information systems
  • 2 years of experience in Information Technology Preferably 1 year of experience in roles similar to that of a software system engineer Abstract, conceptual, innovative thinking, forward-thinking
  • Good communication skills
  • Decision-making ability and influencing the decision-making

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

  • Jira and Confluence
  • Microsoft Power Suite
