About this role
Location: NewburyWe are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide professional and confidential administrative support to two Customer Account Leads based in Newbury. This role involves managing diaries, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and supporting travel arrangements. You will act as a key point of contact across VOIS and partner teams, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication. Flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
What you’ll do
- Manage diaries and commitments, ensuring agendas and materials are prepared in advance.
- Use sound judgement to prioritise and accept meeting requests.Handle emails and correspondence, responding or redirecting as appropriate.
- Coordinate the creation of presentation materials for internal and external events.
- Organise travel arrangements, itineraries, and approvals.
- Submit accurate expense reports promptly.Collaborate with other PAs to share best practices and maintain cover during absences.
Who you are
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experienced in supporting senior executives with complex schedules.Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Resilient, adaptable, and calm under pressure with a positive attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident in influencing and challenging appropriately.Relationship builder who fosters collaboration and removes barriers.
- Detail-oriented with a clear understanding of VOIS/Vodafone objectives and policies.
