About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Opportunity Assessment Specialist to lead business development and automation initiatives across VOIS Corporate Functions, including Finance, Supply Chain Management, HR Operations, and Security. This role is pivotal in aligning automation roadmaps with annual efficiency targets, identifying digitalisation opportunities, and implementing scalable technology solutions. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess, design, and deliver impactful transformation programmes using modern technologies.

What you’ll do

  • Drive technology assessment initiatives in collaboration with ITBP, service lines, and transformation teams.
  • Identify automation opportunities across front office, back office, and customer journeys using tools like RPA, iOCR, GenAI, and Power Platform.
  • Document detailed solution designs and process flows, ensuring alignment with business needs and architectural standards.
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, from discovery to implementation, using SAFE Agile frameworks.
  • Develop and own business cases and benefit value outcomes for proposed solutions.

Who you are

  • A strategic thinker with the ability to analyse complex scenarios and align decisions with long-term business goals.
  • Skilled in business development and stakeholder engagement across diverse markets.
  • Technologically proficient in SAP (S4Hana, Ariba), RPA, iOCR, GenAI, Power Platform, and workflow management tools.
  • Experienced in finance domain processes such as procure-to-pay and record-to-report.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to produce clear documentation and present recommendations effectively.
  • Holds over 10 years of experience in business analysis or product ownership, with at least 5 years in digital transformation.
  • Certified in Lean Six Sigma and digital transformation, with an MBA qualification.
