The Network Optimization Senior Specialist is a key position that with different perspectives for end-to-end network optimization and leading the transfer of central strategies at the level of expertise to the regional teams and working in harmony with stakeholders in the perspective of the best customer experience with its knowledge.

The following items indicate the scope and expectation for a person to be considered for this role.
• Curiosity in learning of Technology
• Programming Skill is a plus for "business as usual tasks" with the having ability to scripting, coding and create insights from big data platforms. (Python, Java, PHP, C, C++, etc.)
• Knowledge of Telecommunication Fundamentals for mobile network, for 2G/3G/4G/5G
• Determine network-wide optimization activities via using relevant optimization tools and prepare procedures accordingly and to automate them
• To make suggestion to add the new features and to do redesign and leading for the NW wide implementations for the improving customer experience.
• Work closely with the regional teams by sharing knowledge, feedback to carry out all services related network activities and to meet KPIs targets and ensure that providing the best customer experience.
• Working with related teams to find and apply new approaches to improve network quality/performance and user experience.
• To analyze new features and to evaluate network compatibility by discussing with other OpCos and Group technology.
• Monitoring performance and tuning database parameters of the 2G/3G/4G/5G Networks to reach the most efficient operation level.
• Ensure that the KPIs are tracked and followed up with the related teams, to ensure that all issues are identified and sorted out, before the new implementing any SW/HW to the network.
• Work closely with the regional teams by sharing knowledge, feedback to carry out all services related network activities and to meet KPIs targets and ensure that providing the best customer experience.

Who you are

'This role requires a person with at least 2+ years of experience in the NW related domains and worked with and interaction with the Vendors/Service Provider for planning and optimization works.
• Graduate Degree or more in Telecommunications.
• 2+ years of experience in the Telecommunication Industry
• Proven knowledge of 2G/3G/4G/5G mobile network, Optimization and implementation and Performance Analysis
• Programming and Coding experience for Bigdata and Automation processes
• Huawei parameters and features experience
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, high-growth environment
