About this Role

We are seeking a skilled delivery and project management professional to lead complex network transformation and engineering projects across Vodafone’s European markets and Group functions. This role sits within the Delivery Management as a Service (DMaaS) function and requires expertise in both Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches, strong stakeholder engagement, telecommunications knowledge, and the ability to manage multi-domain, cross-market initiatives. The successful candidate will drive project governance, delivery excellence, risk management, and continuous improvement while supporting the growth of PM managed services within VOIS.

Manage end-to-end delivery of complex network projects across domains such as Mobile and Fixed Access, Voice and Data Core, Service Platforms, Transmission and IP Transport, Network OSS, and Network Cloud Engineering. Who you are

Experience managing complex, multi-network-domain and cross-market telecommunications projects. [17_JD-EN_N...v1_Apr2026 | PDF]At least three years of project management experience within telecommunications networks, with experience in network engineering environments preferred. [17_JD-EN_N...v1_Apr2026 | PDF]Minimum one year of Agile delivery experience, including responsibilities as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or similar Agile role.
