We are looking for a Marketing Manager to be integrated into the Vodafone Innovation Hub, supporting the definition and execution of communication, marketing and engagement initiatives focused on innovation, events and ecosystem activation.
This role will work closely with internal teams, partners and external stakeholders to ensure strong visibility, engagement and operational excellence across innovation initiatives.

What you’ll do

Communication & External Relations (Innovation Hub):

  • Plan and execute communication plans aligned with Innovation Hub initiatives and events;
  • Produce, review and manage communication materials such as invitations, emails, briefings and presentations;
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Corporate Communications, Social Media and other internal teams to ensure message alignment and consistency across channels.

Innovation Events & Activations:

  • Coordinate end-to-end innovation events and activations (e.g. Vodafone Innovation Day), including agenda definition, speaker management and event flow;
  • Manage invitations, RSVP processes and registration tools;
  • Ensure operational coordination before, during and after events, working with internal teams and suppliers.

Stakeholder & Ecosystem Management:

  • Manage relationships with startups, mentors, corporate partners and internal commercial areas (e.g. DLP, DSS);
  • Support the mobilization of customers and partners for innovative initiatives, demos and events;
  • Act as a key point of contact to ensure alignment between business objectives and innovative activities.

CRM Management:

  • Manage and maintain CRM data related to Innovation Hub activities, events and stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate registration and tracking of contacts, companies, event participation and interactions.
  • Support reporting and follow-up actions with commercial and marketing teams based on CRM insights.
  • Contribute to data quality, process compliance and continuous improvement of CRM usage.

External Partners & Supplier Management:

  • Liaise with external entities such as event organizers, sector conferences and innovation ecosystems;
  • Manage sponsorship deliverables and follow-up on agreed counterparts.
  • Coordinate Vodafone’s presence in external events and initiatives.

Administrative & Operational Support:

  • Support administrative processes, including PO issuance and follow-up;
  • Manage invoicing documentation in coordination with Finance / Accounts Payable;
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and timely closure of operational tasks.

Who you are

  • University degree in Marketing, Communication, Management or similar.
  • Previous experience in marketing, communication, event management and/or CRM management (preferably in corporate or B2B environments);
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and organizational skills;
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives parallel with autonomy and proactivity;
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
