About this role

We are seeking an insight-driven professional to deliver high-quality research and analysis that supports informed decision-making across Vodafone Business and local markets. This role focuses on market understanding, customer needs, product and proposition development, thought leadership, and competitor intelligence. The individual will partner with diverse stakeholders, manage insight projects end to end, and translate research into clear, actionable recommendations.

What you’ll do

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders across Vodafone Business and local markets, translating insight needs into effective research approaches.
  • Design, manage, and deliver primary research projects, including supplier selection and oversight.
  • Produce market, customer, and competitor insights using robust secondary research and industry analyst engagement.
  • Provide research consultancy and support for thought leadership initiatives, such as global trend studies.
  • Promote and apply best practices in enterprise insight generation, ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance with data protection standards.
  • Present findings in a clear, compelling way to support commercial, product, and service decision-making.

Who you are

  • An experienced insight or research professional with a strong mix of primary and secondary research capability.
  • Someone with around three or more years of relevant experience, ideally within B2B, marketing, or insight-focused roles.
  • Confident in building relationships and communicating with stakeholders at different levels.
  • Naturally curious, analytical, and motivated to explore topics in depth.
  • Knowledgeable about the ICT or technology sector, with the ability to apply insights in a commercial context.
  • Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline; a marketing or market research qualification is an advantage.

Not a perfect fit?

Worried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly? At Vodafone we are passionate about empowering people and creating a workplace where everyone can thrive, whatever their personal or professional background. What's in it for you

  • The opportunity to influence strategic commercial and marketing decisions through high-impact insights.
  • Exposure to a wide range of markets, stakeholders, and business challenges within a global organisation.
