  • Ensure smooth handover from build to business‑as‑usual operations
  • Apply ITIL processes across Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, audit requirements, and governance frameworks
  • Prepare status reports, dashboards, and executive‑level summaries
  • Communicate risks, issues, and escalations clearly to senior stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement and automation opportunities across services

Who you are

  • An experienced project and transition management professional with strong exposure to IT operations
  • Confident working within Agile Scrum and ITIL frameworks
  • Comfortable coordinating across diverse technical teams, including infrastructure, applications, databases, and external vendors
  • A clear and inclusive communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities, make informed decisions, and remain effective under pressure
  • Experienced in managed services or IT operations environments, with a strong understanding of service delivery expectations
