  • Contribute to business-as-usual activities with support from vendor partners.
  • Ensure applications deliver required functionality aligned to business needs.
  • Advise on projects and capability changes impacting owned applications.
  • Provide design inputs and solutions when requested.
  • Collaborate with domain and cross-domain architects on architectural topics.
  • Manage partner relationships and maintain effective stakeholder communication.
  • Work closely with Business Owners on demand management activities.
  • Maintain complete and up-to-date documentation in ALFABET.
  • Monitor application support status and initiate decommissioning analysis where required.
  • Support identity and access management, including user access provisioning and account reconciliation.
  • Assist with security assessments and compliance-related activities.

Who you are

  • An individual with a solid understanding of the complete software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Someone with foundational knowledge of software engineering principles and tools.
  • A problem-solver with strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Comfortable identifying trends and performance issues and proposing improvement opportunities.
  • Familiar with application operations frameworks such as ITIL.
  • Knowledgeable about testing methodologies and quality assurance processes.
  • Aware of security assessments, compliance topics, and SOX requirements.
  • Skilled in business analysis and project management.
  • Confident in stakeholder communication and partner management.
  • Experienced in risk management and demand management processes.
  • Able to maintain clear, structured, and accurate documentation.
