About this Role
We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our Life Cycle Management (LCM) team, responsible for delivering mitigation actions against vulnerabilities across the UK Customer CPE estate. This technical delivery role demands strong planning and coordination skills, coupled with expertise in multi-technology solutions (Cisco, Juniper, ADVA) within network and data environments. The role requires flexibility to support dynamic operational demands and a strong customer focus.
What you’ll do
Deliver LCM mitigation actions, including IOS patching, configuration management, EOL and vulnerability management across WAN and LAN infrastructure.Develop and implement Method of Procedures (MOPs) and provide feedback to technical authorities.Contribute to improving technical delivery performance, service reliability, and quality.Participate in process reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.Prioritise workload and drive tasks to completion while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of practices and products.
Who you are
Strong IP networking skills, ideally in Cisco, Juniper, and ADVA environments.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Highly customer-focused with proven experience.Logical troubleshooting ability and attention to detail.Industry-standard certification to associate level.Previous experience in remote device patching and upgrades.Sound understanding of data network topologies and principles.Ability to work in cross-functional teams and adapt to shift work if required.
