About this role

We are seeking a Junior SEO Specialist to support our SEO team in improving organic search performance across digital platforms. This role is ideal for an individual at the early stage of their digital marketing career who is curious about search engines, data-driven decision-making, and emerging AI-supported SEO practices. You will work closely with experienced team members to optimise content, analyse performance, and contribute to sustainable traffic growth.

What you’ll do

• Conduct keyword research using AI‑enhanced and traditional SEO tools
• Support the implementation of on‑page SEO improvements across web pages
• Provide basic SEO recommendations to content teams to enhance organic visibility
• Monitor keyword rankings, traffic, and performance metrics
• Assist with quality assurance of technical SEO issues identified by senior colleagues
• Stay informed about evolving SEO, search engine, and AI trends

Who you are

• You have a foundational understanding of SEO principles and Google Search Console
• You are familiar with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or SurferSEO
• You show interest in AI tools for content creation and data analysis (e.g. ChatGPT, Jasper)
• You are comfortable working with spreadsheets and performance dashboards
• You demonstrate curiosity, analytical thinking, and a strong willingness to learn
• You bring between 0–5 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing
• A degree in marketing, communications, data science, or a related field is an advantage
