About this Role
We are seeking a Czech-speaking Network Operations Analyst to support first line operations within the Vodafone network environment. This role focuses on monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring the continuity of services across a multi-vendor telecom infrastructure, while collaborating with wider operational teams to resolve incidents and maintain network performance.
What you’ll do
- Perform first line operations for Vodafone network systems in a multi-vendor environment
- Monitor and maintain network performance using fault management systems and specialised NMS tools
- Conduct preventive and corrective troubleshooting to ensure service continuity and meet restoration targets
- Manage incidents by diagnosing faults, resolving issues, and escalating to second line support when needed
- Dispatch field engineers and external partners for on-site issue resolution and maintain follow-up until closure
- Provide timely communication on outages and coordinate with incident management teams
- Support continuous improvement by updating NOC processes and procedures
- Maintain accurate records in fault management systems throughout the incident lifecycle
- Participate in ongoing training to develop technical capabilities
Who you are
- Fluent in English and Czech (mandatory)
- Comfortable working with Windows-based and web applications
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A team-oriented individual with the ability to work in a dynamic, operational environmentIdeally experienced in a customer service or technical support environment within telecom, IT, or data centres
- Familiarity with telecom technologies such as GSM, UMTS, LTE, IP, or transmission technologies is beneficial
- Technical education in Electronics, Telecommunications, or IT or equivalent experience is advantageous
- Basic understanding or certification (e.g. CCNA or similar) is desirable
