About this Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the delivery of IT infrastructure solutions, ensuring alignment with global standards and business strategy. The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and implementing infrastructure projects that are scalable, reliable, and optimised for operational excellence, while collaborating with distributed teams and supporting delivery improvements.

What you’ll do

• Manage project delivery workload within infrastructure build and delivery teams, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
• Plan and deliver projects in line with agreed timelines, quality standards, and customer expectations.
• Coordinate technical implementation across data centre environments, including servers, storage, networks, security, and middleware systems.
• Oversee procurement and availability of hardware and software aligned with implementation schedules.
• Ensure adherence to configuration management, change control processes, and service standards during project execution.
• Lead project activities following structured project management frameworks, including governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication.Support operational readiness and acceptance processes, ensuring smooth handover to operations teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by reviewing and enhancing delivery processes across teams.

Who you are

• An experienced professional with a strong background in IT infrastructure delivery and implementation.
• Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex project environments.
• Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Knowledgeable in IT service management frameworks and data centre processes (e.g., ITIL practices).
• Familiar with telecommunications service environments and infrastructure provisioning.
• Technically proficient across a broad range of IT systems and infrastructure components.
• Comfortable working in international and distributed teams with strong English communication skills.
• Holds strong project management capabilities; certifications such as PRINCE2 are desirable.
