Job Description

Role purpose:

The Vendor and Budget Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the organization’s vendor relationships and financial planning. This role is critical for ensuring cost-effective procurement, maintaining strong vendor performance and managing departmental budget with precision and foresight. The successful candidate will combine strong analytical skills with excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities

Essence of Role – Key Accountabilities:

Vendor Management
Develop and execute a vendor management strategy that aligns with organizational goals.
Manage the full vendor lifecycle, including sourcing, selection, contract negotiation, on-boarding and off-boarding.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators and service level agreements for all major vendors.
Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and risk assessments to ensure quality, compliance and value.
Serve as the primary point of contact for complex vendor issues and contract escalations.
Oversee the contract renewal process, including proactive analysis of terms and preparation for negotiation.

Budget Management & Planning
Develop, implement and monitor departmental budget including Capex, Opex & Intercompanies.
Conduct detailed financial analysis, forecasting and variance reporting on a regular basis.
Track and manage vendor-related expenses to ensure adherence to established budgets.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements through strategic sourcing and contract renegotiation.
Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate and timely invoice processing and financial reconciliation.

Prepare regular reports to senior management on vendor performance, financial status and strategic initiatives.
Develop and implement continuous improvement processes for vendor and budget management activities.

We Are Looking For You, If You Have:

Synthesis/presentation skills, analytical thinking and problem solving oriented as a must.
Ability to coordinate different teams involved in order to secure projects execution.
Dynamic person, willing to learn, with high level of own-initiative and self-motivation.
Flexible, open attitude & empathetic, driven to help the customer as a priority.
Knowledge of IT Processes.
Proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel & PowerBI
Experience implementing or maintaining digital governance models.
Technical background, Telecommunications Engineering and Computer Science are preferred.
