What you’ll do

• Perform risk-based reviews of business processes and assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls.
• Identify control deficiencies, process risks and potential compliance issues, and follow up on corrective actions until closure.
• Monitor compliance with internal policies, procedures, applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct periodic control activities and review relevant transactions, processes and supporting documentation.
• Follow up on identified control gaps, audit findings and remediation actions, ensuring timely and effective closure.
• Prepare and maintain risk and control matrices, control documentation and review records.
• Coordinate with relevant process owners and follow up on the implementation of agreed corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare periodic internal control reports, highlighting key findings, risks, control deficiencies and action status.
• Proactively identify opportunities to strengthen the internal control environment and improve business processes.
• Escalate significant control deficiencies, recurring issues and potential regulatory risks to management in a timely manner.

Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Banking or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of professional experience, preferably in process analysis, internal control, internal audit, risk, compliance, quality or a similar function.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to analyse business processes, identify potential risks and inconsistencies, and develop practical solutions.
• Strong interest in internal control, risk management, financial services and regulatory requirements.
• Willingness and ability to learn payment and electronic money business processes and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with an analytical approach to data.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with different teams.
• Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks, follow up on actions and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in English.
