Role Purpose
The Fixed Connectivity SME drives the adoption and growth of fixed broadband and internet solutions across regions and sub-regions. The role ensures that Vodafone’s fixed connectivity portfolio (FTTH, DSL, leased lines, enterprise connectivity, etc.) is effectively promoted, localized, and executed to meet household, SME, and enterprise needs. The SME collaborates with technical, sales, and marketing teams to expand coverage, increase penetration, and deliver superior customer experience in fixed services.
Key Accountabilities
- Identify underserved areas with growth potential for fixed connectivity.
- Develop regional initiatives to accelerate broadband adoption and household penetration
- Localize fixed connectivity propositions for residential and enterprise customers.
- Support retail and B2B sales teams with product knowledge and campaign execution.
- Collaborate with Network SME to prioritize regional rollout and expansion projects.
- Provide market intelligence to central teams to guide infrastructure investment.
- Monitor regional performance of fixed services (activation, churn, complaints).
- Work with CVM SME to design retention and upsell offers for fixed customers.
- Partner with Marcom SME on region-specific fixed internet campaigns.
- Collaborate with Enterprise SME for corporate connectivity solutions.
- Work with Insights SME to understand usage trends and improve propositions.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- • 5–8 years of experience in fixed internet, broadband, or telecom commercial roles.
- • Strong knowledge of FTTH, DSL, and enterprise connectivity solutions.
- • Experience in sales enablement, product marketing, or business development.
- • Understanding of regional infrastructure dynamics and market competition.
