About this Role

We are seeking a specialist to lead governance and process optimisation for central LAB deployments within the COIS function. The role focuses on refining standards, strengthening reporting frameworks, enhancing project management methodologies, and ensuring budget governance. The individual will work across multi-functional and multicultural teams to support critical engineering and cloud‑related initiatives that influence European transformation priorities

What you will do

  • Continuously review and enhance process standards to achieve optimal delivery efficiency.
  • Establish and refine reporting processes that support clear communication and effective escalation paths.
  • Improve project management methodologies and standards to strengthen delivery outcomes across the organisation.
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain support tools that enable the team’s operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to effective budget management by designing and maintaining streamlined financial processes.
  • Support project management activities, delivering expertise and best‑practice guidance to team members and stakeholders.
  • Manage governance responsibilities across COIS systems that influence network, customer, and service strategy outcomes.
  • Engage with cross‑functional teams across markets to facilitate harmonised architectural and delivery approaches.

Who you are

  • A strong communicator with well‑developed negotiation abilities.
  • Comfortable working across diverse functional areas and cultural environments.
  • Systematic, customer‑focused, and able to work independently using sound judgement.
  • Experienced in telecommunications or IT, with several years in a similar field.
  • Knowledgeable in ITIL, ETOM, and project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, PMI, or PMP.
  • Skilled in managing project budgets up to €5M.
  • Capable of influencing engineering delivery efficiency and managing risks that impact service stability.
  • Equipped with a high level of project management capability and knowledge of IT and telco infrastructure.
  • Analytical, open‑minded, solution‑oriented, and able to contribute to long‑term datacentre and network transformation initiatives.
