Job Description
Join Us
At Vodafone, we’re not just shaping the future of connectivity for our customers – we’re shaping the future for everyone who joins our team. When you work with us, you’re part of a global mission to connect people, solve complex challenges, and create a sustainable and more inclusive world. If you want to grow your career whilst finding the perfect balance between work and life, Vodafone offers the opportunities to help you belong and make a real impact.
What you’ll do
Vodafone Procure & Connect (VP&C) brings together the strength of a world-class procurement organization with the global reach of a leader in voice and roaming services. As the Global Logistics Process & Network Systems Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our logistics systems and processes across the Vodafone network.
In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind data integrity and process excellence within network logistics. You’ll take ownership of upstream processes and master data accuracy—ensuring that product information such as dimensioning, packaging, BOM, and pricing is consistently reliable and aligned with business standards. Your expertise will be key in maintaining seamless integration between ARIBA, SAP S/4HANA, and Integrated Business Planning (IBP), proactively managing interfaces and resolving issues before they impact operations.
You’ll also be responsible for supporting third-party logistics (3PL) integrations, including those at the Luxembourg Hub, ensuring robust data flows and collaborating with IT and business partners to troubleshoot and enhance system performance. Your role will extend to providing operational support to hubs and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and go-to expert for process guidance and system training.
Beyond day-to-day operations, you’ll lead continuous improvement initiatives—identifying opportunities to optimize processes and implement system enhancements that drive efficiency and scalability. You’ll also take charge of developing and maintaining global logistics analytics across platforms like S4, BI, IBP, Datasphere, and SAC, delivering insights that inform strategic decisions and elevate performance.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is ready to shape the future of Vodafone’s global logistics network.

- Deep understanding of network logistics, upstream supply chain processes, and master data management within complex operational environments.
- Proven hands-on experience with enterprise systems such as ARIBA, SAP S/4HANA, and Integrated Business Planning (IBP), including interface and integration management.
Problem Solving & Systems Integration
- Demonstrated ability to identify, manage, and resolve system and data integration issues, particularly involving 3PL and ERP platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in data validation, process mapping, and reporting to support operational excellence.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Excellent communication skills with a proven track record of supporting and influencing a diverse range of stakeholders, including IT, 3PL partners, Vodafone Procure & Connect (VPC), and supply chain teams.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, to ensure effective collaboration in a global environment.
Continuous Improvement & Agility
- A proactive, improvement-oriented mindset with experience in implementing process or system enhancements that drive efficiency and scalability.
