About this Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead complex, cross-country programmes and projects within the Delivery Management as a Service (DMaaS) team. This role involves managing initiatives across multiple network domains—such as Mobile & Fixed Access, Voice & Data Core, Service Platforms, Transmission & IP Transport, NW OSS, and NW Cloud Engineering—while ensuring alignment with VOIS customers’ priorities and the Network Strategy & Engineering (NSE) delivery framework. The individual will act as a role model for project management excellence and contribute to expanding the scope of managed services.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of large-scale programmes and projects, from feasibility studies through design, development, testing, acceptance, and transition to operations.
  • Establish governance structures in collaboration with Market Delivery Managers and NSE stakeholders.
  • Define and maintain project plans, manage risks and issues, and handle escalations effectively.
  • Ensure timely reporting and formalisation of all projects using the NSE PM tool.
  • Drive adoption and growth of PM managed services, share best practices, and foster continuous improvement within the DMaaS community.
  • Actively engage in team initiatives, knowledge sharing, and mentoring new members to boost productivity and performance KPIs.

Who you are

  • University degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or equivalent.
  • Professional certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner).
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in process and project management within telecommunications networks.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end network architecture and inter-functional dependencies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in virtual teams across multiple geographies and organisations.
  • Financial acumen and analytical thinking with a proactive approach to decision-making.
  • Fluent in English, with exceptional written and spoken skills.
