Role Purpose

Design, create, and maintain software systems

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

Responsible for projects technically from the early phases of planning till the delivery of the production system

Responsible for software applications design according to design best practices and customer needs.

Responsible for implementing the business requirements adhering to the design document of the project.

Manage multiple projects and handle different tasks simultaneously.

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

Core Backend Development

Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with a deep understanding of OOP and functional programming principles.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

Java

Docker & Containerization
Kubernetes (K8s)
DevOps

Hands-on experience with Next.js and React.js.
Strong understanding of Redux or other state management libraries.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and handling JSON data structures.
Proven experience in performance tuning and code optimization.
Familiarity with React ecosystem (hooks, context, router, etc.).
Experience working in micro frontend environments.
