About this Role

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our Digital Engineering function within Channels & Products, based in Pune. This role focuses on designing, developing, testing, and owning end‑to‑end web applications using modern front‑end and back‑end technologies. The individual will work closely with Product Owners and cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable, high‑quality digital solutions, with a strong emphasis on UI/UX, API development, and system reliability.

What you will do

  • Collaborate with development teams and Product Owners to ideate and deliver software solutions aligned to business needs.
  • Design and implement client‑side and server‑side architecture for web applications.
  • Build responsive, visually appealing front‑end applications using modern UI/UX principles.
  • Develop, integrate, and manage well‑functioning databases and back‑end services.
  • Write, test, and maintain efficient and secure APIs across the integration lifecycle.
  • Perform unit testing to ensure code quality, reliability, responsiveness, and performance.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade applications to maintain optimal functionality.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including integration guides, configurations, and data mappings.
  • Take end‑to‑end ownership of solutions from design through production deployment.
  • Proactively raise risks or blockers, track progress transparently, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Who you are

  • A technology professional with 2+ years of hands‑on experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in front‑end technologies such as React.js, Redux, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML.
  • Experienced in back‑end development using Node.js.
  • Familiar with databases such as PostgreSQL and Redis.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting API calls and resolving integration‑related issues.
  • Experienced in designing, implementing, and maintaining Node.js and React.js applications with clear documentation.
  • Comfortable working within Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe, contributing to sprint planning and backlog refinement.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and AI‑assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot is advantageous.
  • An analytical thinker with strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
  • A collaborative communicator who works effectively within cross‑functional teams.
  • Holds a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Previous experience in the telecom industry is beneficial.
