About this Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to contribute across the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and architecture design to implementation and delivery. The individual will play a pivotal role in building complex features on COTS platforms using Camunda, BPMN, microservices, and event‑driven architecture. As part of a greenfield strategic programme, the candidate will help establish development foundations, frameworks, best practices, and support scaling the process automation footprint within VOIS.

What you’ll do

Define solution architecture, create high‑level design artefacts, and shape technology approaches and processes.
Develop high‑quality, integrated solutions across multiple teams, ensuring robust implementation of process automation within the CARE domain.
Deliver hands‑on Java and microservice development aligned with sprint objectives.
Support leadership in expanding the organisation’s process automation capabilities using Camunda within the Solstice ecosystem.
Build proof‑of‑concepts and contribute to strengthening BPMN/Camunda competencies across VOIS.
Coach and mentor Java developers, enabling upskilling on Camunda and supporting the onboarding of new team members.

Who you are

Experienced in Camunda Engine, BPMN and related tools, with strong knowledge of SOA and microservice architecture.
Proficient in Java development and design patterns relevant to scalable microservices.
Well‑versed in event‑driven architecture and modern messaging platforms such as Kafka.
Skilled in Spring and Spring Boot, with practical understanding of CI/CD tools and processes.
Hold a degree or higher qualification in software engineering or a related technical field.
Demonstrate strong analytical abilities, effective communication skills, and the ability to mentor and collaborate within diverse teams.
Bring a creative, solutions‑focused mindset with the ability to exercise autonomy and sound judgement in technical decision‑making.
