What you’ll do


• Collaborates with vendors and 3rd parties for products and services provided.
• Provide7/24 support, 2nd level customer needs which are not solved by 1st level support teams.
• Develop scripts, GUI & portal for troubleshooting and monitoring KPI of network.
• Use management tools and self-developed scripts to
 follow and report problems/capacity on the infrastructure
 develop proactive and reactive problem solution methods
NAAP Specific
• maintain and operate NAAP platforms/software over Tanzu
• Deploy developed APIs to production environment
• Provide development support to new APIs
• Troubleshoot problems on software in production
• Report issues to development team and follow up for solution
• Maintain logging & reporting facilities on NAAP platforms
Fixed Voice & NAAP
• Collaborate with development team, vendors and 3rd parties for products and services provided
• Provide7/24 support
• Attend customer meetings with sales teams when required
• Collaborates with 3rd party vendors for sourcing of skills required.
• Collaborates with 3rd party vendors for products and services provided.
• Watching further redundancy scenarios in line with the effort to add value for the network.
• Follow technology to understand and be able to implement new voice based services.
• Attend seminars, conferences and other activities about new technology, software & hardware related to voice services.
• Attend tests of new equipment and platforms to be able to take responsibility for operation. Ability to see the big picture as well as the important details.
• Ability to work effectively in a changing environment
• Ensure that VF HSE&W procedures are implemented and works carried out in compliance with local HSE regulations.
• Ensure that work associated risks are assessed and reduced so far as is reasonably practicable
• Comply with VFTR’s information security policy, standards and procedures, available under Intranet / Corporate Security Library,• Report all suspected security and/or policy breaches, potential security risks to VF TR Corporate Security,• Protect VF TR’s information assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference,• Protect user accounts and associated passwords , and accept accountability for any actions performed via usage of those accounts.• Ensure that VFTR BCM policy /standard ,procedures ,plans implemented and works carried out in compliance with standards• Ensure that BCM risks are assessed and mitigated so far as is reasonably practicable in VFTR Business Continuity Management System (BCMS)• Ensure VTR BCMS by planning, establishing, embedding, implementing, monitoring, reviewing, maintaining and improving within VFTR• Leading L2 Team members in accordance with their specific role in the team and prepare operational reports for L2 activities.

Who you are

• Degree qualified in an Engineering or a Science discipline
• Experience of VOIP operation activities on multi-vendor environment such as Enghouse Softswitch, Oracle SBC, Linxa
• Deep understanding of voice & communication basics and voip protocols like SIP, ISUP, SS7, IP, TCP, UDP
• SIP Call flow & troubleshooting
• Knowledge on IMS infrastructure & components
• Understanding of billing methods and common knowledge on billing systems
• Understanding of network infrastructures, application and transport layer
• Ability to troubleshoot problems on IP networks , taking traces and network captures
• Basic understanding of network security
• Basic shell scripting knowledge
• Fluent in English
• Strong analytical deduction

• Strong relationship
• Customer oriented
