About this Role

We are seeking an experienced demand management professional to act as the central point of contact for programme-level demand intake and governance within ERP and Management Services. This role focuses on end-to-end management of project and portfolio requests, ensuring transparent tracking, timely assessments, and structured handover into delivery and service transition teams, while working closely with global stakeholders across technology and operations.

What you will do

  • Act as the single point of contact for all programme and portfolio management (PPM) demand requests related to ERP and Management Services.
  • Receive, acknowledge, and register demand requests, ensuring completeness and clarity of information from requesters.
  • Coordinate assessment and implementation activities across internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Track and report demand status across key stages, including impact assessment and implementation progress.
  • Maintain accurate logs of actions and decisions from governance and approval forums.
  • Provide regular reporting, metrics, and trend analysis on demand volumes and delivery status.
  • Support business stakeholders in shaping robust business cases and aligning delivery assumptions.
  • Represent ERP and Management Services within enterprise-level demand management forums.
  • Ensure approved demands are smoothly handed over to Service Transition teams.

Who you are

  • An organised and structured professional with proven project or demand management experience.
  • Comfortable influencing and collaborating with diverse, international stakeholders at all levels.
  • Confident in written and verbal communication, with strong English language skills.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and respond quickly to changing priorities.
  • Knowledgeable in end-to-end IT delivery, with a solid understanding of ERP implementations and SAP environments.
  • A collaborative team contributor with a positive, solution-focused mindset.
