About this Role

We are seeking a highly organised and technically aware professional to manage and improve the operational and governance processes that support the Solution Architecture function within Go To Market. This role is responsible for enabling structured, scalable and transparent architecture demand management, solution reviews, governance forums and performance reporting across VOIS. The role works closely with the presales Solution Architect community, gathering input to improve tools, templates and ways of working. While this is not a solution architecture role, it requires a strong understanding of the architecture lifecycle, presales engagement models and technical governance.

What you’ll do

Manage the end-to-end solution review and architecture governance process, including review scheduling, agenda preparation, outcome capture, action tracking and closure reporting.Support architecture review forums by ensuring the right artefacts are prepared, stored and accessible, including solution overviews, architecture diagrams, assumptions, risks and dependencies.Manage the demand intake process for Solution Architecture, ensuring opportunities are logged, prioritised, triaged and assigned based on capacity and domain alignmentMaintain oversight of the architecture pipeline, providing visibility of demand, review status and upcoming workloadDefine and produce KPI and OKR reporting for the Solution Architecture function, covering throughput, review quality, action closure and process efficiencyMaintain and evolve standard architecture templates, guidance and artefact repositories to support consistent solution design and review practicesEngage the Solution Architect community across VOIS to gather feedback on governance, tooling and processes, translating this into practical operational improvementsIdentify, design and implement process improvements that reduce friction, improve cycle time and enhance the effectiveness of the Solution Architecture operating modelUse historical delivery data to calibrate estimation tools, approaches and frameworks.Own the SharePoint and Microsoft 365 collaboration environment for Solution Architecture, ensuring content structure, version control and information architecture are fit for purposeManage content changes on the Solution Architecture team site to share relevant updates with the wider organisation

Who you are

You have a solid understanding of solution architecture and presales delivery models, enabling effective collaboration with architects and technical stakeholderYou are comfortable working with presales governance frameworks, review boards and assurance processesYou bring strong experience in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate operational data into clear insights for leadership.You are proficient with Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint, Teams, Excel and PowerPoint, and understand how these tools support technical collaboration at scale.You have a structured and detail-focused approach to tracking actions, dependencies and outcomes across complex workflows.You communicate clearly with technical communities, balancing operational discipline with a collaborative, improvement-focused mindsetYou hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an associated field.
