What you’ll do
- As a Finance Business Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting Vodafone’s Enterprise division, with a particular focus on the Fixed business portfolio—including Fixed Voice, Broadband, Network Managed Services, Unified Communications, Cloud, and Security.
- You’ll be the go-to finance expert for the Enterprise Fixed P&L, owning performance reviews, driving commercial outcomes, and delivering strategic insights that shape business decisions.Working closely with senior leaders across Enterprise and Finance, you’ll influence everything from pricing strategies and investment decisions to long-range planning and profitability initiatives.
- You’ll lead the charge in ensuring financial integrity, aligning forecasts with strategic goals, and using data to uncover opportunities for growth. This is a high-impact role where your financial expertise and commercial acumen will directly contribute to Vodafone’s success in a fast-evolving market.
Who we are looking for
- A qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with 5+ years of post-qualification experience
- At least 3 years of business partnering experience, including 2+ years in a commercial finance role
- Strong background in planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial modelling
- Advanced Excel skills and a data-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- A strategic thinker who can also dive into operational detail
- Experience in telecoms or a strong understanding of revenue drivers in the sector is a plus
- Familiarity with financial dashboards and data visualisation tools is desirable
